The fundraising campaign was launched earlier this year to help cover the cost of the procedure. The man, who has been medically diagnosed with micropenis, said the condition has affected his quality of life and caused him significant difficulties.
He initially set a fundraising target of $6,000 but reportedly surpassed the goal following widespread public interest, with donations eventually exceeding $13,000.
He has previously claimed that his penis measures less than an inch when erect, leading him to describe himself as having the world’s smallest penis.
However, the claim has not been officially recognised as a world record and remains a self-description.
Micropenis is a medical condition involving an unusually small penis, and the planned procedure is expected to increase its girth rather than address the underlying medical condition.
